Hi,

We're loving our Tender setup.

Below is some feedback from an active customer of ours. Would you be able to provide some feedback on whether these are going to be addressed:

there is no easy way to search discussions. if i enter a search term in the search box on the support site, it only searches the knowledge base. after performing a search, if i select the 'discussions' tab, the search text is lost so i always have to enter it twice (or bookmark this page and select the discussions tab every time).

i would like one or more of the following:

discussions to be the default. you probably don't want this because you want people to use the knowledge base first (especially as it grows in size and usefulness).

the ability for search text to be preserved when switching from the knowledge base to discussions tabs.

the ability to set a default search area (i would always want to search discussions first, then the knowledge base).

adding a button to easily search the other area (depending on whether a default can be set, per above).

automatically displaying results for both areas (perhaps with triangles to display/hide the results for each area).

I too have been slightly confused by the different types of search and would love it if the search text stayed in the box when switching.

Thanks for the feedback. You can go to Site Settings now and change the default search location to Discussions. When that is selected, it also returns a few FAQ results at the top.
