Does Tender support usage over HTTPS?
I could see people at our company objecting to using Tender if the discussions marked "private" are not protected via HTTPS. Do you support general usage over HTTPS? (Not just login or API access, but normal posting and reading via the regular UI) Thanks!

We do support https, but not on custom domains. If you are using the accountname.tenderapp.com it will be https, but if you use support.yourdomain or any custom domain, the https is not present.

To clarify, the SSL certificate that we own is for
*.tenderapp.com. If you can provide a certificate forsupport.yourdomain.com, we can install it on our server. One live example of this is https://cloud-support.engineyard.com/.rick closed this discussion on 10 Dec, 2009 12:06 PM.

We currently do not support SSL for custom domains. We're working on a solution but this was nuked for the time being with our move to EC2 based servers.
