Import from Cerberus?
Hi,
I currently use Cerberus Helpdesk, and was wondering id there is a way to import my cases from Cerberus into Tender?

Not currently. Is there a good export format for Cerberus? The challenge of these sorts of imports is dealing with user logins. Most systems won't store the user's original password, so we'd have to support the password hashing system that Cerberus uses.
