CC people, Edit sender, Forward emails
Hi,
- Is there a way to CC email addresses who weren't originally on
the ticket?
- Can I edit the sender's email/name?
- Can I forward tickets to an email address (as if it was a genuine email)?

Hi
Thanks for the reply.
That's good - I was hoping that there was a way to select and deselect watchers per email. For example, sometimes on the cases I would like to reply to one watcher, and maybe sometimes to all watchers. is that possible?
Ok.
I meant can I forward to an external email address, that is entirely unconnected with Tender? I sometimes have to elevate cases to 2nd level support, who don't use Tender.

No, but you can remove watchers. Why would you add them if you didn't
want them to get notifications?

You could probably just add that external email address as a watcher,
and they'll start seeing the replies. I don't think that's quite what
you're asking for though. You can't really spawn off sub discussions
to a separate user inside a discussion or anything like that.
