In my current Cerberus Helpdesk, I am able to define Service Levels (i.e. respond within a certain timescale and put in the "urgent" pile if the email address or company is ACME). Is this possible in Tender?

We're very close to adding a company grouping feature, which will be followed by a new filtering feature, allowing you to handle this type of workflow. We just don't have an exact estimate on when the two will be finish. We are hoping for Jan of 2010.

We have some features in development (webhooks, and filters) that should get you what you want. Filters will likely be restricted to Plus plans, however.
