Highrise Integration?
I've seen several threads from earlier last year here that talk about a possible integration with Highrise (we use it for our sales CRM tool), but all of the threads were marked as resolved, so I thought I'd start up a new one to re-ask the question... is this going to happen?

We're currently alpha testing the first phase of this (companies).
Highrise should follow after that goes live. How would you like to use
Highrise and Tender specifically?

How is the Highrise integration going?
I'm in the process of looking for a system/s to look after our customer support (email & phone). Tender would be perfect for our email support/faq/knowledge base, but we would also need a CRM system.

Hey Cameron. I wish I had better news, but it's still in the works and not ready yet. Currently we don't have an ETA, but there are a few on our current roadmap before we finish it up.
