Viewing resolved cases
Is it possible to view the resolved cases that i have been involved in as a non-admin/staff. We had some customers looking for previous cases but it did not display them in their profile.
Thanks,
Chris

At the moment you can only see all your discussions from your profile, or all your open discussions on the main tender landing page.
We have an inbox UI JUST around the corner that will solve this for the users though. It needs a little more testing and we should be rolling it out in the next week or two tops.

We can put you on the beta test for this, too, if you like.

When you say all of your discussions on your profile, do you mean all open? If I go to my profile here it says "Started 2 discussion(s) and made 3 replies." but I only see this one.
I asked because sometimes we resolve cases that are old and customers eventually come back to reply. I always thought they could come back to find the case, but they can't.
Definitely put me on the Inbox beta. In fact, put us on any betas for Beanstalk, Newsberry, and Postmark. :)
Thanks,
Chris

When I look at your profile I see the following:

it looks like there may be a bug in there, cause from your profile it returns only the current discussion, but the count is correct.
That is indeed a problem. We'll take a look at this shortly.

I noticed the same. I could see a customers cases that were resolved, but he could not.
Thanks for looking into this.

The reason that query doesn't show your resolved discussion is because of the simple logic involved. I won't bore you with details, but our reworked user page fixes it. See the attached screenshot.
This page is part of our nearly-completed Companies feature. We're still doing some QA and style tweaks, but hope to have it out next week.
