CC another email address on replies?
Occasionally I'll have a customer ask me to also CC replies to another email address — usually a product owner, or tech person, or distribution list. This seems like a common enough feature in other ticketing systems, but I haven't been able to find that within Tender. Is that something that can be done, or that you have plans to add? Cheers.

Hi Nick,
You can add someone to the discussion by adding a "watcher". This is available in the upper right of the discussion, where you see "1 person watching". Click "others", and enter the email to CC. From there on this person will be part of the discussion and will receive any new comment.
