Add cc field or edit ticket email

Hello,
Quite often, a client will email me or my staff directly (vs our Tender support email) or will phone in a support item that we then need to add to our ticket queue in the client's name and with the client's email address. I'm not seeing an obvious way to add tickets on behalf of clients. When I forward a message to the queue, it shows up with my email address, not that of my client... so responses don't go to the client.

Is this a feature request or is there a way to achieve what I want to do that I'm just not seeing? I would like to be able to add issues manually on behalf of my clients or at least edit the reply-to address on pre-existing tickets-- with the added bonus of being able to add a cc field.

OK, first up, read this: https://help.tenderapp.com/faqs/email-integration/forwarding-emails... -- you absolutely should be able to forward emails to Tender, so you're not set up quite right.

Next, we're shipping a form for you to do this (today! please, today!) for things like incoming calls where you want to start a discussion for a user. It's undergoing rigorous QA right now.
