Logging Telephone Support Requests
Hello,
This is a follow up to a message posted by John which can be found here.
Courtenay responded by saying this,
'Next, we're shipping a form for you to do this (today! please,
today!) for things like incoming calls where you want to start a
discussion for a user. It's undergoing rigorous QA right now.'
I was wondering if there has been any progress on this update.

Right now you can create discussions for users, but it expects an email for that user.
In the new discussion form, there is a checkbox for 'add watchers to this discussion'. It opens a box for adding emails to a new discussion, creating the discussion on their behalf.
