We get users replying to automated emails from our app.

Example: Credit Card Expired Emails.

I'd like these replied email address to get put into the ticketing system in Tender not public.

How do I do this?

    Depends.

    - have a dedicated category email address (e.g. we send everything to
[email blocked] to our billing category)
    - or, incoming filters might help too (new-ish feature).

Emails coming to tender are private by default.
