Autorespond only if a suggestion is available?
Hi,
I'm just playing with tender (30 day free trial still in effect) and I'm wondering about the autorespoder system.
It seems like a really good solution to common support questions which is great! The only thing is it seems you have to send a response email every time (meaning support email comes in -> Auto responder always fires and suggest something if possible)
Is there a way to have the autoresponder only fire if there is a suggestion? (meaning no auto responder if no good ideas) -- pardon my ignorance in advance if it's somehow already built in -- I'm still going through the site.

A good idea, John, not currently possible.
Currently the focus of the autoresponder is more like "Thanks for the
report, we'll get back to you within 4 hours.". We'll consider adding this
as a modification.
Thanks again.
