heya, folkses.
since our cs team is basically living in tender, we were wondering if there's a way to create FAQ items that are only available internally, to support staff? It seems like a great place to put some of our processes especially if it could auto-suggest them on the support user side based upon customer questions like tender already does with the current FAQs.
