Multipass/Remote Authentication and Direct Ticket Access
I've been through ZenDesk and MojoHelpdesk and many others. They all fail in that they require our users to register for another account. I'd much rather have the user get sent a unique, self-authenticating URL to access the ticket (regardless of "perceived" security issues related to that).
However, it doesn't look like self-auth URLs are supported here either.
How can we send users who open tickets directly from their email client to the ticket without any need for a login?

We provide single sign-on (SSO) for external apps. This allows users to log in to Tender through their account on your existing web site. You can read more about our SSO implementation here.
