Multiple products support under one account?
We have several products, custom developed, for a variety of clients. We would like to offer individual support sites for each. Similar to the model of basecamp where you have many projects and many persons with access to different projects (sites). Of course, Client user A should only see products to which they have access, they should not see Client user B's projects. Is this possible with a tender account? Or would we have to have multiple accounts (not desirable since managing the large number of sites would be difficult).

I guess I should have done a little searching on this, first. I see that the thread comes up every 6 months or so. So It is not possible at this time, seeing one suggestion that multiple tenders is the best route.
But as someone points out, it is complex as we have cross over users between products. So maintaining their info would be a pain.
Any other info is appreciated. Thanks.

Hey Michael. As of right now, we don't have full multiple product support in a single Tender instance. Individual Tender sites would have to be used. It might seem a little overwhelming at first, but there are several companies using multiple Tenders and they haven't really had a problem managing support since many respond to email in Tender and check the UI's less regularly over time, so it all is in one inbox in the end.
We added partial support to Tender to support multiple Lighthouse projects syncing, so some user individual categories for a product and lump them together. But it's not exactly optimal for some, as the typical request is to be able to provide sub categories and limited access, which is a pretty large functionality update on Tenders side.

I'm aware that you technically could either create multiple disconnected sites, or create multiple categories within a single site. Neither of those options interest me in the least.

Hey Brandon. We're just not there yet as far as features and fixes go on Tender. We hope to offer it in the future, but as for when it's hard to say.
