Resolver ticket in Lighthouse doesn't notify discussion subscribers in tender.
I am playing with LH integration with our tender site. One feature I really want is for a ticket that is linked to a tender discussion to trigger the sending of a notification email to the people who are subscribed to the discussion in tender. I tried this out and resolved the ticket in LH. I can see that the status of the ticket in tender is now set to closed but a user subscribed to the tender discussion dis not get a notification email. I'd rather not have to go to the tender discussion every time a bug is fixed and make a post about it. Am I doing something wrong of is this not currently possible.
What do you guys do when you resolve a ticket in LH? Do you go to the discussion and make a post as well?

I agree, such functionality available to the web hook would be really cool. There are a few variations of this request floating around, but early feedback when we first implemented the webhook for Lighthouse syncing kept it pretty simple for the time being. We select the link in the Lighthouse discussion after resolving the ticket and manually post a reply to Tender. In some instances, a customer support person keeps a watch on what tickets have been completed and then replies are made based on those tickets later on.
I'd personally like to see some more robust integration, when if the ticket is linked the Tender and I resolve it, a popup appears and I can comment right from within Lighthouse. But there have been more pressing features and goals on the roadmap since then. Hopefully it's something we can work in in the near future.
