Dear Tender,
Love your app but am wondering if there's a way to merge tickets? I've got 3 tickets open that relate to the same subject! What's the easiest way to merge / collapse tickets that are about the same topic?

Hi Nick,
Right now we don't have support for ticket merging, but it's something that we're considering going forward. You could create a new ticket on behalf of the customers and add them all as watchers.
