Do you have a "competitor capabilities comparison" that you could
share? We're looking to move from Zendesk and I can't fully
understand your capabilities from your website.

Hey Jamie. Today is certainly an interesting day on our end. We've been receiving a lot of questions lately due to the pricing changes on the other side of the river.
We don't have a specific breakdown chart of feature comparisons to Zendesk, but if you have any questions on a specific feature or if we have something you use a lot in Zendesk, let me know and I'll be happy to break down how Tender works in that scenario for you.
It's been a while since I've used Zendesks admin area, I don't want to come across looking foolish trying to break it down on the fly. We designed Tender with a clear state of mind on how Lighthouse required support once it became a large system and we liked it enough to turn it into it's own product.
