How well does Tender scale with larger user numbers?
After today's price-hike at Zendesk, we're seriously thinking about moving to Tender. The reason we chose Zendesk is that the workflow it supports can be scaled easily. With Tender would we be able to customize a workflow for our agents and where can I see how we're able to do that?

We've done our best to build a product that solves how we handle support. We believe the combination of Categories, Queues, Filters and Email Integration is the best way to tackle a support load, no matter the size.
We have a unified dashboard that can easily be broken down into smaller chunks with Queues, Categories and Filters.
