How can a (support) user see discussions?
Hi,
I invited someone to join TenderApp as a support person. However, when she logs in she cannot see an inbox with issues like I (the admin) can. Any ideas? Am I understanding the role of a support person correctly?
Thanks,
Steve

Hey Steve. What's the URL for your tender account? We'll take a look.

Hi Will,
It's http://amtools.tenderapp.com.
Thanks,

What URL is she at when she hits the Tender site? It should be redirecting her to http://amtools.tenderapp.com/dashboard automatically. Her permissions and everything look correct, when I check her profile there is full access to the dashboard/admin area and it's working properly for me.

Will,
I logged in as [email blocked] and landed at
amtools.tenderapp.net. Did you use that email or
[email blocked]?
If the latter, then I will need to create a record for that email
address in InfusionSoft so that it can be used via CustomerHub. I think
Roxanne
might have used the wrong email address when confirming my invitation.

Yeah, [email blocked] is the 2nd profile on your support users list.

Will,
OK, I got it working. I created a record for her in Infusionsoft, which
allowed her to log in with that email address into CustomerHub. Once
in she can one-click into TenderApp via SSO login and see everything.
Thanks for your help!
Steve
