Pre Sale Questions :: Macros and Pricing
I search about macros but didn't find an answer that go me there. Can I save a set of actions (I know, like Zendesk) and apply them at will or automatically to a new ticket/(discussion?) ?
Do you have a non-profit pricing model? I know your fees are already reasonable but failure to ask in tight times would be foolish.
Thanks

Hey Doug. We do not have a text expander or macros style feature at this time. The only actions that can be made on a discussion automatically are with our filters feature which is mostly just an organizational action.
We don't really have a formal non-profit pricing structure or discounts available at this time.

Thanks for the answer. Really like the interface. Will miss the macro replies but must leave the competition for fees and what is a relevant marketing issue with the competitors brand. We will keep testing. Posted another "dummy" question regarding customizing the launch of the widget. Thanks again.

Sure thing. I think I just saw Chris replying to your other question. Just let us know if you need anything else.
