Custom CSS ignored when I login to my Tender

I put up some custom CSS. Things work great when I hit my Tender site. However, when I login as admin, the CSS is back to the default. Why doesn't it "stick" even when I'm logged in as admin?

    Hey Curt,

    The custom CSS is only visible in the public-facing area (not the
    admin dashboard interface).
