LDAP authentification ?
Hi,
First of all, thanks for your app, it looks fantastic ! I've been very impressed while using lithium5 support (support.lithium5.com) and I thought I could give it a go.
I'm looking for a helpdesk system. We are using for now GLPI, which is quite complete, but lack the made-for-human side of your app. One of the good points of GLPI is that it is hosted in-house and synchronized with our open directory server.
I've seen that you have something called multipass that could help me setup a sso, but to be honest I'm not really a web tech person, and it doesn't talk to me.
Do you have an example on how I could sync tender with my opendirectory ?

https://help.tenderapp.com/faqs/setup-installation/multipass is really the only official documentation on integrating MultiPass that we have available. There are a few code options for php/python users that are up on Github as well.
Let me know if we can be of more assistance.

We don't support LDAP. However, if you had a webserver you could run
Multipass to hand out authentication tokens that would enable users to
login. This would take a significant amount of programming knowledge,
however.
