Any demos or more info on Tender

I'm looking to adopt a solution for help desk etc this week. Just wondering if Tender has a release date in mind? Also wondering if pricing has been discussed.

Most importantly, I'm wondering about a demo if functionality or even more detail on the integration will be between LH and Tender. For example, will I be able to make a public page on Tender that describes what bugs and feature additions are included in a milestone/release that goes live (all automatically)? Or would I have to constantly edit a KB article in Tender with this info?

Another scenario would be if I wanted to publically list (on Tender) all the "known bugs" of the current version of software (preferably auto-populated from LH). Would this be possible?

   We hope to launch by mid-next week. I can give you a beta invite if you would like.

   At this point in time, you would have to make a KB article in Tender with that info. But please, submit a feature request for such functionality.

   I'm also wondering if Tender handles emails to my support address like LH should but looks like it doesn't. It looks like LH only allows emails into the system from known addresses. Hmmmmm, I want to re-direct all emails coming to [email blocked] right into LH. Will Tender allow this? It's not very clear.

   Yes, Tender allows for you to do this, Lighthouse does not.. I replied to your beta request in another post I think.
