how do I get support emails to filter automatically into queues ?
I've asked this question as a problem ticket elsewhere regarding the best way that we saw, and been left hanging [https://help.tenderapp.com/discussions/problems/1774-filtering-by-q...], so thought I'd ask again as a question:
How do I get support emails to filter automatically into queues?
I'm sending emails from my feedback page, and can set any parameter necessary to have assign new topics to custom queues, but can't get it working. How? Please help ASAP!
