What's the best way to create a ticket in Tender as if it came from the client if I can't forward an email from them?

Create a new discussion, add them as a watcher. (it's an option in the
new discussion form). If you don't see this you're on the old form
version and need to upgrade :)

Thanks, got it. Do I also have to manually type the email addresses of my
support staff in order to notify them?
Cheers,
Galen

If you are adding the support staff as a watcher, yeah, you'll have to type their email address. Or you could have a queue for the support user that automatically notifies them that something has been added to their queue.
