Auto Respond on Resolve

Is there a way to add a auto-responder or something similar that gets sent when a discussion is resolved to let people know not to reply to the ticket just to thank us since that opens the ticket again.

    Hey Germain. Currently there is no functionality along those lines, but I'll add your question to our feedback list.
