CRM?
Hi,
My organization uses Tender for all our customer-facing correspondence. We are looking to start using a CRM very soon as we are starting to have trouble keeping track of all of our customers on our own, but can't seem to find a single one that integrates with Tender. This is a real problem, as we definitely need a CRM and Tender might have to be dropped as a result.
So my question is - am I just not looking in the right places? Are there any CRMs at all that you sync with? Or any you can recommend? I'd really rather not have to leave Tender.
Thanks,
Lindsey

We have plans to implement integration with CRM, but at this time I do not know of any finished integration that exists with what is available out there.

It would be great if you could look at integrating with Capsule CRM (capsulecrm.com).

+1 on the capsule CRM integration

Lindsey. At this point I don't have a recommendation for what would be best. Most requests that we have received have been for HIghrise integration (http://highrisehq.com), so it will probably be the first that we implement. There is not an ETA, it's just something we plan on doing at this point.
Josh and jono, thanks for the feedback. I haven't seen Capsule CMS before, but I've added your suggestion to our request list.

The clarity is much appreciated. Can I add in my two cents for Salesforce as
well? One more vote for when you start choosing who will come first.
Thanks,
Lindsey

We just went through an evaluation process and found Capsule CRM to be very easy to use and had an important feature that we had not found in most CRMs: The ability to project recurring revenue. In addition it allows you to easily link contacts twitter and LinkedIn profiles and auto populates their data into the CRM.

Out of curiosity, what type of features are you all looking for in this integration? What will such integration provide that will help you all with your workflow?

For me at least, it's all about not having to toggle between multiple
screens and have all of my information in one place. We use Tender as a
customer/issue tracking tool, and I would like to be able to sync the emails
I send back and forth to each customer into our CRM without having to worry
about bcc'ing urls or loading them manually every week.
Tender does a great job of syncing with my email right now, but I can't put
customer information into it. I can get all of our customer information in
one place in the CRM, except it's tough to get email text in there to know
exactly what happened. Being able to have everything in one place would be
golden.

I'd love to see an integration with http://www.pipejump.com - it's a super simple sales tracking application that I use.

mainly case categorization, case mangement via email (especially when it gets sent to personal emails), escalation, and metrics.

One of our customer used Salesforce.com for two years and were fed up. We at www.ewaycorp.com created a customer CRM in Dot Net for them in 3 months and uploaded database from Salesforce.com to this customer CRM. Cutomer is happy.
