Discussion Filters
I'm looking at the pricing plans and wondering what discussion filters are, how I would apply them, and how many I would need for my small start-up iPhone game development company.
I'm also wondering if an FAQ list or some "this might answer your question" items will pop up when I hit create.

Hey Dorothy. Yes, the FAQ does autosuggest articles that match set keywords to someones discussion they are creating.
To answer your question about filters, a filter is just a sorting/filter that can take action based on a set of queries, so say someone submits a discussion and says "This is urgent" and you made a filter to track emergency words, it can send an email to a user, or automatically apply it to a queue, etc.
Actually, http://hoth.entp.com/2010/2/17/new-in-tender-filters might explain it best, there is a short screencast on filters in that blog post.
Let me know if you have any other questions. I hope that helps.
Thanks.
