Once you submit the discussion, it will search for related FAQs.

And no macros or template messages? For replying to discussions?

We don't have macros or templates at this point in time. We'll probably work on a solution later on for that.

No. That's a Zendesk thing. We like to have humans answering discussions.

Wow, that's out of touch man. A sour and stray answer.

Template replies are definitely NOT a ZenDesk thing.

A company with many customers should be prepared to reply with templates and customization alike.

Sounds good. Courtenay however told me that was a "ZenDesk" thing and only humans should reply.

Yeah, like Will says we'll add it eventually. While there's certainly a
benefit to consistency in your customer support, you pretty quickly end up
with the Dell or Comcast customer experience, where you get to play the game
of "Is this an actual human or a really well programmed copy/paste bot I'm
    talking to?"

What matter is getting the question answered.

The only time people don't like automated replies is when they don't answer the question.

If they answer the question, they are simply not being used correctly.

Just because people abuse them doesn't make them worthless.

This, among a handful other things is a deal breaker for Tenderapp, but things look promising, just not the right time for now.

    Good luck!
