How can I initiate a discussion with a customer
I need to ask one of my customers a question, and I would like to do that through Tender instead of email.
How can I initiate a new discussion, and include an email address (not a support staff, but a customer w/o a tender account) in that discussion?
Discussions are closed to public comments.

Hey there,
If you go to 'open issues' there's a link that says "New".
Click that and you will have a new discussion, select "Add watchers to this
discussion" and enter their email. You probably want to make it private,
too.
