Hello,

we plan to move our support site from http://support.old.com to http://support.new.com
How can I proceed so that all old links (ie http://support.old.com/blablabla/bli) continue to work and are redirected to http://support.new.com/blablabla/bl ?

thanks for your help

    Hi Christophe,

Are you planning to move from one Tender site to another Tender site?

    Thanks,
    Brandi

    Hello,

No. We are keeping the same tender, but want to rename it and keep the old
name working. (it is important for us to keep the full history of our
    customer issues...)

BTW: it would be nice for the site to be able to keep 2 (or more) versions
of the KB, ie the doc of version n of our software and doc of version n-1,
but this another story. I already asked for the in the past...

In fact I just realized that a DNS redirection should make it...

    Hi Christophe,

Glad you found a solution. If necessary, we can make your Tender respond to 2 custom domains, but this require custom code just for you on our side, so I'd rather avoid it if you have something else that works.

    Cheers.
