Adding a Live Web support button to my Tender Support Site
I would like to add a live web chat option to my Tender support application. Can I follow the add a logo to my header response to do that or is there another way I need to proceed?

We technically don't support embedding javascript into the custom tender templates. You technically can, but only on the front page.
Are you looking at using a service or is this your own solution?

Hi Will,
We have contracted with a call center that is providing us this service.
They have provided us with a code we can embed on our site and I am trying
to understand how to make this work. The issue is some guests want the
personal touch of a live web chat.
Please advise how we can accomplish this as we like your app and it is
working well for our members.
Thanks,
Neil

Hi Will,
I just wanted to check back. How can we embed the code on our front page?
Please advise as this is an important aspect of our planned customer support platform.
thanks,
Neil

It's not something we formally support, but you can embed the code on your front page in the Site Settings >> Appearance & Text, which then gives you two text boxes of your front page contents for your Tender site.
Right now, we don't plan on adding support for full js embedding across multiple pages.
Those text boxes should be stripping out javascript though, but since it's internal to the site it's been low on our priority list.
