Open Problems
The Dashboard allows one to view "All Issues" or "Open Issues".
Is there any way to configure the Dashboard with a button to view only "Open Problems"?

How are you defining "Open Problems"? If you're referring to issues waiting on a response from support staff those are "Pending" issues.

Nicole,
We have two different categories of issues that impact development:
Problems & Suggestions
These can be in one of two states:
Open & Resolved
There are other categories and states, but they are not of import here.
What we wish to do is define a button on the dashboard that allows us to view all issues of category=Problem with state=Open.
I hope this is clearer.

We're currently working on an update to the admin area of Tender that lets you sort by category, as well as filter the All Discussions area into whatever state/category you desire.
We should be getting close to shipping this update at the end of the month. We'll have announcements and details soon, as it's a large overhaul and a big UI change to the admin side of Tender.
