Request to have the option to remove ticket numbers from the subject

I asked about this before and was told it's not possible, but I'd like to ask again, due to the following reason.

For a while we were getting loads of spam, most of which went into our Problems queue. Now, when someone submits a "Problems" ticket, they get a ticket number in the thousands (#6146 was the latest). Needless to say, that looks pretty bad, especially since the numbers are clearly a count of the number of tickets submitted.

So, I think it would be awesome to have an option to turn that off completely. Or, barring that, can I have you set the ticket numbers arbitrarily high on all of our queues? Something like #5134893?

    Hmm. You could just remove the {{category}} part from the mail template and hardcode it, and have a template for each category.
