SSL Issue with our TenderApp
Hi, there!
Trying to reach a human for some support. We've been customers for 10+ years and our TenderApp Knowledge Base (https://help.dabble.co/) has been showing a "Your Connection Is Not Private" warning for quite some time and I've sent many messages seeking support. Tender continues to take our monthly payment but no one is responding to support messages.
Can someone please give us a call or respond please?

hello! this is a custom domain so you theoretically are proxying through your own site that hosts the SSL cert?

I see your DNS is just pointed at tenderapp. The way domain names work, is that a custom domain on YOUR host (dabble.co) needs to be owned and hosted by you, potentially with a reverse proxy.
Other customers have had success setting up a Cloudfront proxy with their own SSL cert on it, like here: https://help.tenderapp.com/discussions/problems/86030-cloudfront-re...
