How long is the grace period?
I got a message that we have a payment due, however, the company credit card is currently in transit (we needed to be issued a new card due to a security complication), and therefore I do not have access to the number. Please let me know how long I can go without payment before the account is cancelled.

We won't pull the plug without manually contacting you. What is the URL of your Tender account? How long do you need before the new card arrives?
