I'm a new user on a trial to test some features and will decide if I want to continue with Tender. But first, how I set all discussions as private? A lot of my customers are sending personal information through support tickets and I do not want to chance any of them forgetting to mark discussion as private..

Isn't there some sort of ticket system like a traditional helpdesk?

    Hi Matthew,

We do not formally offer phone support, but I can answer your questions here.

I would recommend setting all of your Categories to Private. All discussions created in the categories will default to private and you can make things public as you see fit.

Let us know if you have any other questions.

    Thanks!
    Brandi

Thank you Brandi, I thought this would be the case, just wanted to be sure.

Also, how do I set this up: http://screencast.com/t/qIN8PtqD4

So it looks like this on our application?
