Hey Fiona. We don't currently integrate with highrise, although we do plan on integrating with CRM solutions in the future. You can hook your google analytics tracking into Tender.

last few questions just wanting to make sure we get our base all covered..
iphone ap? i searched seemed quite a few 'it is coming' or 'use email'
can we do the support emails for two companies out of the one space.. ?
bulk response. can we reply to bulk emails the same response yet they all be to them personally.. ie our system is down and we get 50 tickets out that..
tickets, will they merge will past tickets from the same people?

We have an iPhone web UI in the works, but we don't have an ETA yet. We had it close to finished but we have an entirely new admin UI for Tender that we're about to announce so it's being reworked already.
For right now, email is the easiest way to keep tabs on Tender. For a large team that might not work as well, but if you only have a few support users who are mobile and on the go or just keeping tabs for emergency purposes, it's been working fine for many.
I'm not sure I fully understand your workflow though, but I'll go ahead and answer that to the best of my ability and if I'm way off, just clarify a bit and I'll get right back to you.
What is the bulk response portion of that?
Each Supporter has an email address when they sign up or are invited, new discussions, discussions you are involved with, or a subscription to a specific category for all notifications can be emailed to you as an individual user. When you reply to those, it's routed back through Tender.

thank you.
the bulk I mean. Lets say our system is down and we get 50 emails/tickets asking what is wrong. Rather than reply to each separately, can we do one mass response to all, but yet it each person will feel it was an individual response to them?

No, we do not have a bulk reply option in Tender. We actually haven't had
very many requests for it.

Hello,
any ETA when will you implement Highrise connection?
#7 Posted by Tim on 29 Oct, 2010 05:19 PM
HI Alexander,
We don't have an ETA for Highrise integration at this time, but it is definitely on our list to get to as soon as we can, because we know many of our customers are also Highrise users.
Thanks!
Tim

Hi,
Have you added bulk reply or bulk resolve to emails yet? If not, is there a way to export all emails from a list so we can mail from outlook and then bulk close the entire list?
Thanks

We haven't added a bulk reply. You can bulk close discussions from the admin UI.

Hey Will,
Thanks for the reply.
Is there a way to export all email adresses from a queue?
#11 Posted by Will on 17 Dec, 2010 11:43 AM
That isn't directly possible. It might be possible with some API work, by extracting all the messages and watchers from a queue, but it would involve some development work.
