Customizing Tender
We were able to change the front page button on our tender to say "Open a ticket" but once the user clicks on that is still says start a discussion. Is there a way to change the code to say "Open a ticket" once they start the discussion?? See highlighted secitions on the attached file

I went ahead and added the JS code in your Appearance & Text settings to change out the text so it says "Open a ticket". You'll be able make any other changes by adjusting/adapting the JS.
