how can we change the text/widget name from "help & Support" to "Contact Us & Support" . You can see the widget on this page http://www.streamnow.com/home/.

   Hi Randalll,

   You can't change it directly, but you can write your own toggler.

   You can hide the "help & support" button with "hideToggle" option Tender = { hideToggle: true } and you can make your own button - see http://help.tenderapp.com/kb/setup-installation/adding-and-customiz... for more information.

   If you want it to look the same, here's approximately the generated html:

   
   <div id="tender_toggler"><a href="#" onclick="showWidget(); return false">Help &amp; Support</a></div>
