Using UTC time?
Are you guys using UTC time to determine "Pending issues today"? It's 4:30 pm PST, and it looks like the count just reset a little while ago.

Hmm, yep -- we are. I'll have to think about how to handle this one the best...

Well, nothing is cached yet, so we could just use the user's timezone, or the site owner's timezone.
Edit: Oh right, we're not actually storing the timezone yet since the frontend conversions all happen in JS.
