Flagging threads as needing additional support from team members
This is both a Question and or Suggestion, I was looking for a way to flag a thread as needing additional support from team members, but I couldn't find a way to do this. I could create a lighthouse ticket, but we use Lighthouse primarily for bugs, and this doesn't fall into that category. Is there a way to flag threads or group them in such a way that other staff members would see them as being in need of review?

Hmm, perhaps I should ask: How do others do something like this with tenderapp? If they have a group of support staff and they wish to assign certain cases or discussions to individuals?

We're going to be adding queues for this. It's #2 on the list, right after global search.
