Disable external link redirecting (r?go=XYZ)
Hello,
how can we deactivate the new behavior of external links being redirected via /r?go=XYZ? It's slow(er) and even though not necessarily bad for SEO we'd rather like to see direct links again. What benefits do you expect from the change?

Hi Alexander,
We implemented this for security/privacy: the URL of the discussion you are seeing contains the title of the discussion, and when you click an external link, that URL will be transmitted as a referrer to the external site. Depending on the title of the conversation and the receiving end, this could be quite damaging and in any case is a leak of information.
I added some custom JavaScript to your site to "restore" the links. Feel free to keep it or remove it.
Let me know if you have questions.
