When using tender, with people watching the thread it would be good to have the thread history in the email, so users/clients/staff dont get confused. Is this possible? How do I enable this?

    Reg -

Most email clients have threading available within the email client proper, so it seems to me it would get more complicated including a thread history. I'm reading "thread history" as a digest of the discussion up to the point of the current comment, but let us know what it looks like to you. We don't currently have anything that you could enable to get this behavior.

    Thanks,
    Nicole

    Sorry, what's this regarding?

Joking aside, the first email (like your one just sent) comes in with no
context. Maybe it's just the first email that needs the context added.

    Hi Reg,

That sounds like a good idea. I'll create a ticket for it.

    Hi Reg,

We just deployed a change to include the last reply in outgoing notifications.

    Hope it helps.

    Cheers!
