I need help with optimizing and promoting my Redbubble "store". I would love to hear any/all suggestions -- thanks!!

Hello, I'm new to Redbubble. I have familiarized myself with the very basics, and now am ready to dig deeper.
I would love suggestions on the following:

Best way to "jump start" my page.

Ways to personalize my "brand".

Ways to personalize my page.

How to write effective tags.

Pricing -- how to make a profit that is reasonable without overcharging. (I don't know about you, but I've always tended to underprice.)

And anything else that can help me get going. I've got the artwork finished and already know how to upload, etc. What I guess I'm looking for is a success plan! I know there is sometimes a hesitancy to keep things to one's self once you've hit on a wonderful idea.
I'm hoping to find artists who remember where they came from -- generous artists who are aware of the need to share, mentor and help each other. Thank you. I promise to pass on all of the goodwill shown to me.
