Email notification of new ticket

How do I set Tender up so it sends me an email when a new discussion / ticket is opened by a customer?

    Hey John,

    Go to the upper right-hand corner and click that link that says "Logged in as John". Click the "Edit Profile" button that should now be displayed and then scroll down to "Email Preferences". Here you can select to be notified about all new discussions or just new discussions in certain categories.
