Pricing
I noticed in our tender install that we can't actually select our plan/enter billing information. I am curious about your plan pricing if it's set in stone at this point or if you are open to input? I have seen some topics relating to multiple accounts, we are in that boat where we would be looking at several accounts. At the current pricing plans I am not sure we would be able to justify $150/month for 3 of our products.
We need the custom branding feature on the $50 plan but only need the other features of the $20 plan. We would gladly pay another $10 a month for that feature but $30 more is a stretch. $29/month and include all the features and I'm there!
You really have a great product and stuck true to keeping this product simple and elegant. Looks like it will turn out to be a very successful, especially for start-up web applications!

We'll be offering discounts for multiple Tender sites, and Tender/Lighthouse combos, but we won't be lowering the prices any. The $50/mo Plus plan will be including other goodies besides custom branding though, like queues (see a preview screenshot) and canned responses.
