Show user's comments newest first (reverse chronological), not oldest first

In a user's history view (/users/), their comments are shown oldest first instead of newest first. Newest first seems more logical.

    Are you sure about that? The newest comments show up on top for me. (see attachment)

    Thanks for the quick reply, Kyle. Here's a screen shot of what I see (oldest first). Note that this is for my own account, and I just checked someone else's and it is newest first. I assumed it affected all users, but I think it may just be one's own profile.

    That is odd -- I'll take a look into it when I get some time. Not sure exactly what's happening as all of my views of user#show are showing the newest on top.
