Suggest admins to add smtp.xc88.engineyard.com to their SPF record if customizing the From address
When customizing the From address, it'd be good to remind admins to modify their SPF record to add "include:smtp.xc88.engineyard.com" so that replies don't get marked as spam.

Can we get an SPF record on tenderapp.com that way we can include that and ENTP can be responsible for keeping that current.

Tender already has this so you can just do:
include:tenderapp.com

Its already correct, I failed to check it before. It means on MY domain I can do include:tenderapp.com and that will delegate to YOUR SPF which delegates to the A records for smtp.xc88.engineyard.com. If you move servers I can assume you will update your SPF record which will cascade to checks against mine.
